When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime by registering on line or in our office.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
A minimum 28 day written notice is required, and must correspond to the end of the month of intended vacancy. If, after having given proper notice, your plans change and you are not ready to move out, that is not a problem, just let us know and you may either elect to cancel your scheduled move out, or revise it to a later date.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport)
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis with billing due on the 1st. Although the move in month is always pro-rated, the move out month is not.
How do I make a payment?
In order to avoid having to pay a security deposit, simply sign up to authorize us to auto withdraw from a credit card or bank account on the 1st of each month. Additionally, you can pay in person, by phone, mail a check, or make a payment at our kiosk or through our website.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Amex, VISA, MasterCard, Discover.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
You can bring your own lock or buy one from us.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials, Biological Contaminants, and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
What are the hours of operation?
Office: Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Wednesday & Friday: By Appointment; Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM.

Unit Access hours: 24 hours, 7 days/week
How do I rent a unit or contact outside normal office hours?
You can rent a unit on our website or through our Kiosk located at the site.
